Influencer marketing campaigns, end to end
Influencer marketing means placements with creators your audience trusts: posts, videos, integrations and ambassador contracts. We find and vet creators, negotiate, write briefs, label the ads and compile a report. The placement budget and our fee are calculated separately, and we name both before we start.
How to run an influencer campaign without wasting the budget
Buying a post from a creator is easy: you just message the channel admin. Making the money work is harder. Follower count is a weak guide: a creator with 300,000 followers and 15,000 views is worth less than one with 100,000 followers and 40,000 views. Compare creators by real reach and cost per thousand views (CPM), and run the campaign as a series: test several creators, review the numbers, then book more with those who delivered.
The rules have changed too, and they depend on the country. In Russia, for example, every influencer ad must be labelled: an “Advertising” mark, the advertiser’s name and an ERID token from an ad data operator, with fines for companies that skip it. Creators with more than 10,000 followers must also be on the register kept by Roskomnadzor, the Russian media regulator, or they may not run ads. Who is responsible for labelling — you, the agency or the creator — we set out in the contract.
Platforms have changed as well. In Russia, advertising on some major international social networks has been banned since 1 September 2025, and in March 2026 the competition regulator (FAS) said it would not penalise ads on Telegram and YouTube until the end of 2026. So for campaigns in Russia we build backup platforms — VK, Max, Rutube — into the media plan and follow the regulator’s guidance.
When you need it
- You are launching a new product and need to tell your target audience about it quickly and convincingly.
- You need enquiries or sales, not just reach — creators have to work alongside performance advertising.
- The brand needs a face: an ambassador for a year or a star for a commercial.
- You have bought influencer ads yourself but can’t tell which placements paid off.
- There is no time or team to find creators, negotiate, write briefs and keep track of ad labelling.
- You need to rebuild a campaign because of changes in the law and platform restrictions.
What’s included
- A media plan: platforms, formats, number of creators and a reach forecast for the budget.
- Creator casting and vetting: average views, CPM, audience, past sponsored posts and, for Russia, registration with Roskomnadzor.
- Negotiation on price, format, exclusivity and content usage rights.
- Briefs for creators, contracts and approval of creatives before publication.
- Ad labelling: registering creatives, ERID tokens and reporting placement data where the law requires it.
- Publication monitoring and a final report: reach, CPM, reactions, clicks and enquiries where they can be tracked.

Frequently asked questions
How much does influencer marketing cost?
There is no single price list: each creator sets their own rate, and it depends on the platform, the format and real views rather than follower count. We calculate the placement budget in the media plan and our fee separately, and name both before we start.
How do I hire influencers for my brand?
There are three routes: influencer marketplaces, searching directly through channel analytics catalogues, or an agency. An agency costs more by the amount of its fee, but it takes on casting, negotiation, briefs, ad labelling and the report.
How much does an influencer marketing agency charge?
Our fee is separate from the placement budget: 20% (at least $300) for a budget of $1,500–3,750, 15% (at least $1,000) for $6,250–18,750, and 10–15% (at least $2,500) for budgets from $25,000.
What is the minimum budget for influencer marketing?
A one-off post from a small creator can cost very little. We start campaigns that test several creators and review the results from a placement budget of $1,500, plus our fee.
How is influencer advertising labelled?
It depends on the country. In Russia, the creative is registered with an ad data operator to get an ERID token; the post carries an “Advertising” mark, the advertiser’s name and the ERID, and placement data goes to the state ad register. Who is responsible — you, the agency or the creator — should be written into the contract.
Which platforms do you run influencer campaigns on?
We choose platforms by where your audience is: Telegram, YouTube, VK and others. For campaigns in Russia we take local restrictions into account: the regulator has only postponed penalties for ads on Telegram and YouTube until the end of 2026, so longer campaigns are planned with backup platforms. VK is the least risky of the major platforms legally there and has an official creator marketplace, VK AdBlogger.
