What data we receive through the site, why, who we share it with and how you can control it.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Blueberry Agency (“we”). This policy covers blueberryagency.ru and all its pages.
We follow Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data”.

What we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name, a contact for our reply (email, phone or messenger), your message and the page you sent it from.
- From correspondence: whatever you tell us about yourself and your company while discussing a project.
- Technical data: your IP address when you submit the form, used only to protect it from spam and not stored.
- Cookies and analytics: anonymous visit statistics — see the cookie policy.
We do not ask for or process special categories of data such as health, beliefs or biometrics.
Why
- to reply to your enquiry, discuss the task and prepare a proposal;
- to sign and perform a contract if we work together;
- to protect the form from spam and abuse;
- to understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
Legal basis
Form data is processed with your consent, given with a separate checkbox before you send the enquiry. If we sign a contract, the contract is the basis. Analytics runs until you opt out on the cookie page.
How we process and share it
An enquiry goes straight to the agency’s work chat in Telegram, which only the people answering enquiries can access. The site keeps no database of enquiries. If Telegram is temporarily unavailable, the enquiry is kept on the web server until we handle it, and then deleted.
We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed using these services:
- Telegram — delivering enquiries and messaging;
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Finland) — the server that runs the site;
- Yandex LLC (Russia) — Yandex Metrica analytics, unless you opt out;
- the email and messengers you choose to contact us through.
The web server and Telegram are located outside Russia and Armenia, so data may be transferred abroad. We will also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer the enquiry and negotiate, but no longer than three years after your last contact. If we sign a contract, for its term and the periods required by law. Once you withdraw consent, we stop processing and delete the data unless another legal basis requires us to keep it.
Your rights
- to know what data we hold about you and how we use it;
- to have it corrected or deleted;
- to withdraw consent by writing to gayk@blueberryagency.ru;
- to opt out of analytics cookies on the cookie page;
- to complain to Roskomnadzor, the Personal Data Protection Agency of Armenia or a court.
We reply to requests within 10 working days.
Security
The site works over HTTPS only. Enquiries are accessible only to the people who answer them. The form is protected from automated submissions and rate-limited.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or data change. The current version is always on this page. Version of 26 October 2026.
