Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the consent box in the enquiry form on blueberryagency.ru and sending it, I freely and in my own interest give consent to the controller — Blueberry Agency — to process my personal data on the following terms.

Data

My name, a contact (email address, phone number or messenger handle), my message and any details I share in correspondence.

Purpose

Replying to my enquiry, discussing the task, preparing a proposal, signing and performing a contract.

Actions

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer (granting access) to the services listed in the privacy policy, anonymisation, deletion and destruction — with and without automated means.

Transfer abroad

I agree that my data may be processed on servers outside my country of residence: the web server (Finland) and Telegram.

Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than three years after my last contact. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to gayk@blueberryagency.ru; the controller will then stop processing and delete the data unless another legal basis requires keeping it.
