Mobile app development for iOS and Android

Mobile app development isn’t just screens for iOS and Android: it’s also the server, an admin panel, integrations and release in the app stores. We build apps end to end — from an MVP with one core flow to test an idea, to a full product with payments, roles and integrations. An MVP starts at $3,000.

An MVP or a full product

An MVP is a minimal version that fully solves one main user task: sign up, take the key action, pay or get a result. It’s a working product with a server and a store release, not a clickable mock-up. It’s a sensible starting point when the product is new and it’s still unclear what users will pay for.

A full product makes sense when the flows have already been proven: you run a service, a website or a chain of locations, and the app moves to the phone what customers already do. Here you save not on features but on unnecessary experiments: a customer account, payments, push notifications, a loyalty programme, links to your accounting system and CRM.

Sometimes you don’t need a separate app yet. A catalogue, bookings or orders are often faster and cheaper to test in a Telegram Mini App or on a mobile website, with the app built once demand is confirmed. If we see that option at the brief, we’ll tell you.

When you need it

  • You have a product idea and need to test it on real users before investing heavily.
  • Customers already order on your website or by phone, and you want easy repeat orders, rewards and push notifications.
  • You need an app for staff — couriers, field technicians, sales reps — with data from your accounting system.
  • You’re preparing a promotion or special project that needs the phone camera, AR or geolocation.
  • The app has to be published in the App Store and Google Play, and you need to know early on how it will take payments.

What’s included

  • Analysis and a prototype: user flows, a screen map, a feature list for the MVP and for later versions.
  • Design that follows iOS and Android conventions: onboarding, empty screens, loading and error states.
  • An app for iOS and Android — cross-platform or native, depending on the task; we explain the choice in the estimate.
  • A backend, API and admin panel where you manage content, orders, users and prices.
  • Integrations: payments, CRM, accounting system, delivery, push notifications, phone number sign-in, analytics.
  • Testing on different devices and OS versions, plus a security check: data storage, access rights, keys.
  • Release in the App Store and Google Play (and RuStore, the Russian Android store, if you need it): developer accounts in your company’s name, store materials, passing review.

Pricing

  • Quick launch$3,000–6,000

An MVP: one core flow, cross-platform, a small set of screens, a simple backend and checks before release. A working product, not just an interface.

  • Business growthfrom $8,000

Usually up to $15,000: an MVP with several flows, payments and integrations, or the first version of a full product for an established business.

  • Custom project$20,000–40,000+

A complex MVP or a full product: roles, custom logic, load, integrations with accounting. A large full product is $50,000–100,000+; we start with a design phase.

The price depends on the number of flows and screens, the backend and the integrations, not on the size of your company. Servers, paid APIs, developer accounts and app store commissions are separate, and open-ended support isn’t part of development. We give an exact quote after a brief.

How we work

  1. 01. Brief and design phase

We define the app’s main job and the scope of the MVP. Complex projects get a separate phase: user flows, architecture, a prototype and an estimate for $500–1,500.

  2. 02. Screen design

We design screens for both platforms and test the user’s path on a clickable prototype before development starts.

  3. 03. Development and testing

We build the app, server and admin panel, connect payments and integrations, and test on different devices and OS versions.

  4. 04. Release and launch

We prepare store materials, pass review, set up analytics and hand over the code and access.

Frequently asked questions

How much does mobile app development cost?

An MVP with one core flow costs $3,000–6,000; an MVP with several flows or the first version of a full product — $8,000–15,000; a complex product — from $20,000. We give an exact quote after a brief.

How long does it take to develop an app?

It depends on the number of flows, the integrations and how quickly approvals go, plus time for app store review. We name the timeline after a brief, once the MVP feature list is clear.

Native or cross-platform — which should I choose?

Cross-platform means one codebase in Flutter or React Native for iOS and Android, so it’s cheaper and faster to build. Native is justified when you need complex graphics, AR, deep work with the phone’s hardware or maximum performance.

Can an app take payments in any country?

Publishing is possible almost everywhere; money is harder in some markets. For example, Google Play has not paid out to Russian bank accounts since late 2024, and since 1 April 2026 Apple doesn’t process payments in the Russian App Store — there, Android payments can go through RuStore. We decide the monetisation model at the architecture stage.

Can the app connect to our CRM and accounting system?

Yes, if the system has an API or an exchange is set up: the app receives products, prices, stock and rewards, and sends back orders and enquiries. The complexity depends on how your system is configured, so we estimate integrations separately.

Who owns the code and the store accounts?

You do. Developer accounts are registered to your company, and we hand over the source code and server access at handover — the app doesn’t depend on the contractor.

Telegram Mini App or a mobile app — which should I choose?

A Mini App is faster and cheaper: it doesn’t need an app store release or a download, and prices start at $1,000. A separate app is needed when offline use, deep access to the phone, your own push notifications and independence from the messenger’s rules matter — more on the Telegram Mini App page.
