Corporate website development

A corporate website is a company’s main home online: services, prices, case studies, contacts and enquiries. We handle corporate website development end to end — from structure and prototype to the CMS, CRM integration, language versions and a careful move from your old site. A site of a few standard pages starts at $750.

What a corporate website includes

A corporate website answers the questions a client, partner or job candidate asks before the first call: what the company does, what it costs, who you’ve worked with and how to get in touch. Unlike a landing page, each service gets its own page here — which is why such a site can be promoted in search across many queries and developed for years.

The scale varies a lot. A five-page business card site on a standard CMS and a portal with a catalogue, a client area, regulatory disclosures and integrations are both corporate websites, but the amount of work differs tens of times over. That’s why we price by scope, not by the number of pages or the size of the company.

Complex sites start with a design phase: user flows, structure, a prototype and a detailed estimate — $500–1,500. That way you see a justified budget before development starts, not after.

When you need it

  • Your old site is slow on phones, and changing a price or a line of text means calling a developer.
  • The company has grown and changed its services, but the site still describes what it did a few years ago.
  • You need the site in several languages for clients and partners in other countries.
  • Enquiries from the site land in a shared inbox and get lost, when they should go straight to a manager in the CRM.
  • You’re moving to a new CMS or domain and can’t afford to lose the search traffic you’ve built up.
  • The site has to meet requirements from your security team or procurement: data storage, access, disclosure of information.

What’s included

  • A sitemap and prototypes of key pages: services, prices, case studies, about, careers, contacts.
  • Design in your brand style: the homepage and templates for inner pages that you then fill yourself.
  • A CMS where your staff update copy, prices, news and job openings without a developer.
  • Enquiry forms that send to your CRM, email or a messenger, with consent to personal data processing.
  • Language versions with separate URLs for search; we estimate translation by the amount of content.
  • A technical SEO base: titles and meta tags, an XML sitemap, structured data, speed, Google Search Console (and Yandex Webmaster if you target Russia), plus redirects from old URLs when you move.
  • Publication on the server, backups, source files and access — the site stays yours.

Pricing

  • Quick launch$750–1,500

A few standard pages from your content on a standard CMS: forms, analytics, a technical SEO base. No custom admin panel or complex CRM logic.

  • Business growth$3,000–8,000

A catalogue of services or products, several languages, CRM integration, a client or partner area, and work on structure and copy.

  • Custom project$15,000–30,000

Dozens of sections, information disclosure, security team requirements, approvals across several departments and high load. We start with a design phase.

An affordable price buys a defined package: one agreed design, two rounds of revisions and an agreed number of pages, languages and integrations. Hosting, the domain and subscriptions are separate, and open-ended support isn’t part of development. We give an exact quote after a brief.

How we work

  1. 01. Brief and old site review

We see which pages bring in traffic and enquiries today and gather requirements from the departments that will use the site.

  2. 02. Structure and prototype

We put together the sitemap and prototypes of key pages and agree them with everyone who signs off on layouts.

  3. 03. Design and development

We design the homepage and page templates, build them, connect the CMS, forms and integrations, and move the content over.

  4. 04. Launch and migration

We set up redirects from old URLs, analytics and search console, publish the site and show you how to work in the CMS.

Frequently asked questions

How much does corporate website development cost?

A site of a few standard pages on a standard CMS costs $750–1,500. With a catalogue, languages, CRM integration and a client area — $3,000–8,000; a custom project with dozens of sections and integrations — $15,000–30,000. We give an exact quote after a brief.

What are the stages of website development?

Brief, structure and prototype, design, front-end build and CMS setup, integrations and content migration, technical SEO setup, launch. Only the depth changes: on a small site the prototype comes together quickly, on a large one it takes interviews and approvals from several departments.

WordPress, a website builder or custom development — which should I choose?

For a site of a few pages without complex logic, a standard CMS or a website builder is the practical option: they’re easy to update and maintain. Custom development makes sense when there’s a client area, a complex catalogue, non-standard integrations or strict security and speed requirements.

What’s the difference between a corporate website and a business card website?

A business card site is a few pages with basic information and contacts — in effect, a corporate website at its smallest. A full corporate website adds separate service pages, case studies, news, careers, language versions and integrations.

How do we move to a new site without losing search rankings?

Before launch we map the old URLs and set up redirects to the new ones, keep the titles and meta tags of the pages that bring in traffic, and check indexing in Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster. Traffic can fluctuate right after a move, so we keep tracking rankings after launch.

Will we be able to update the site ourselves?

Yes: copy, prices, news and job openings are changed through the CMS without a developer. At handover we give you the source files, access and instructions.

Can you build a multilingual website?

Yes. Each language version gets its own URLs and meta tags so it can be found in search. The cost depends on the amount of content, so we price languages by the number of pages and texts.

What shall we build together?
