Social media management with AI content
Social media management (SMM) is a brand’s regular work on social platforms: strategy, recurring formats, posts, video and conversations with followers. We run VK communities, Telegram channels and other platforms, and make graphics and short videos with AI — so the package includes not just posts but video too.
What social media management is, and where AI fits in
SMM isn’t just posting on schedule. It starts with deciding why the brand is on social media: to sell directly, to keep customers, to explain a complex product or to change the brand’s image. The goal determines the platform, the formats, how often to post and which numbers we use to judge the work.
We choose the platform by audience. VK, the main Russian social network, has communities, short videos and built-in advertising — it suits most consumer brands targeting Russia. A Telegram channel works well for expert content and regular customers, but it barely grows on its own: followers come from cross-promotion and ads. Max, a newer Russian platform, is worth testing if your audience is already there.
In our SMM, AI is a production tool: illustrations, adaptations for different formats, short videos without a shoot day. Strategy, ideas and copy in the brand’s voice are done by people, and every post goes through approval. If you need live product footage, it can be added to the package — as in the Petelinka case, where we shot video recipes with a food stylist.
When you need it
- Social media is run in fits and starts: posts go out when someone has time, and each looks different.
- The brand is starting social media from scratch and doesn’t know which platform to begin with.
- You need more video and visuals, but regular shoots don’t fit the budget.
- The company has a Telegram channel, but it has few followers and almost no reactions.
- You need to change how the brand is seen — more premium, younger or easier to understand.
- There is one marketer, who can’t keep up with social media, ads and the website at once.
What’s included
- An audit of your current accounts and competitors: what they post, what the audience responds to, where the gaps are.
- A strategy: goal, platforms, recurring formats, tone of voice and the metrics we judge results by.
- A monthly content plan and approval of every post before it goes out.
- Copy, on-brand graphics and short AI videos — in the volume of the chosen package.
- Publishing, and replies to comments and messages during agreed hours.
- Contests and community activations when the task calls for them.
- A monthly report: reach, engagement, follower growth and what we change next.
Pricing
- Quick launch$400–700
Per month. One platform, 8–12 posts and up to two simple AI videos.
- Business growth$800–1,500
Per month. Two platforms, 12–16 original posts adapted for each, and up to four videos.
- Custom project$2,000–4,000+
Per month. Several platforms, more content, shoots and activations — we agree the scope after a brief.
The price depends on the number of platforms, posts and videos. Moderation is limited to agreed working hours, and ad videos with complex scripts aren’t part of the package. Ad budgets and paid seeding in other channels are separate; we give an exact quote after a brief.

Frequently asked questions
What is social media management, in simple terms?
It is promoting a brand on social media: strategy, regular content, conversations with followers and community activations. The goal isn’t just followers but sales, loyalty or awareness that can be measured.
What does social media management include?
With us — an audit, strategy and formats, a content plan, copy, graphics, short AI videos, publishing, replies to followers during agreed hours and a monthly report. Ad budgets and paid seeding are calculated separately.
How much does social media management cost per month?
From $400–700 a month for one platform and 8–12 posts, up to $2,000–4,000 and more for several platforms and a large volume of content. We give an exact quote after a brief.
Do you manage VK communities?
Yes: the community, VK Clips, contests and advertising inside VK. For most consumer brands targeting Russia, it is the platform to start with, unless the audience suggests otherwise.
How do you promote a Telegram channel?
With content, paid seeding in other channels, influencer ads and paid advertising outside Telegram. In Russia, advertising inside Telegram currently comes with legal caveats — more on the influencer marketing page.
Can social media be run entirely with AI?
AI speeds up the production of visuals and video considerably, but we leave strategy, copy in the brand’s voice and fact-checking to people. Posts that nobody read before publishing quickly give themselves away.
