Provider Check
A service that matches working VPNs to the visitor’s carrier and region, plus a Telegram bot with the same matching

Task
Help people quickly see which VPN service suits them: the same service can work on home internet and fail on mobile. Matching has to stay available even if the site stops opening.
Solution
- A Nuxt 3 site with server-side rendering: pages arrive as ready HTML, fast and easy to index.
- Detecting the visitor’s carrier and region by IP, using our own geo databases refreshed monthly.
- A catalogue of 323 services and 436 carriers, filtered by connection type, carrier, region, services, protocols and devices.
- Users’ “works / doesn’t work” feedback adjusts the availability shown for each service.
- A Telegram bot with the same matching, as a fallback if the site gets blocked. It runs in the same process, with no separate service.
- In-house analytics: funnel, traffic sources and bot filtering; external counters load only after the visitor’s first action.
- A turnkey server: nginx with rate limiting, TLS, firewall, fail2ban and daily database backups.
